The Preakness

How far are you willing to go to hold on to your family’s legacy? That is the question Akshay Bhatia’s “The Preakness” asks. This film shares a satirical point of view of a down on his luck horse breeder who is at risk of losing everything. Suddenly a mysterious lobbyist approaches him with an offer to allow him to continue raising his horses, but not for racing. Their idea is to create a new food product that they hope will soon be in every home.

Instead of treating this poster as a marketing piece for a film, we treated it more as an advertisement for the actual product. Being heavily inspired by SPAM, a label was created to wrap around a can of the new product that was central to the story.
