Growing up with "Smallville" defined my childhood. However, I also believe it subconsciously defined my taste in music, even if I didn't know it until many years later.
Upon what must have been my hundredth rewatch of the show, I took it upon myself to chronicle every song that played during its ten season run. I then condensed the playlist based on the songs meaning and relevance to the show, resulting in a 35 song soundtrack highlighting some of the early 2000s greatest contemporary rock, pop, and indie music.
