Zack Snyder's Superman Trilogy

Zack Snyder’s three films in the DCEU are very important to me. In all the movies before, he is shown as being hopeful, happy and optimistic. Snyder, however, brought Superman into the real modern world, a world full of hate, fear, and greed. In these films, Superman is alienated and presented as an outcast to the world, while still wanting to do the right thing.

This poster series focuses on three parts or themes from each movie. The foreground is always set on an incline because even at his lowest, he still kept moving forward. Then there was a quote said by his father in “Man of Steel” that reads “They will race behind you. They will stumble. They will fall. But in time, they will join you in the sun.” Dissecting this quote into three parts perfectly describes the themes of each movie.
